![]() Interested to see what y'all think those two might be.Īfter that, comes the question: any little goodies or funny easter eggs if you reassemble the trampled team and take them back to the ruins with the same names? But what about the other two? My best guess for 2 is just an occultist from the name alone or maybe a hellion for wreaking havoc in their ranks? it says He though, and aren't all hellions female? The third says a warrior from the kings wars, so does that mean crusader? I know for sure from the first and final pages that one was a Highwayman, because he's the only one with a pistol, and four was a Man-at-Arms because they're the only guys with maces. I also want to find out if they stop bloody dropping if you get them all, and how it might fiddle with the odds on curios they drop from.Īnyway, so I had them, might as well read'm eh?Īnd I noticed: the Trampled Journal seems to drop vague hints of the team that got wiped. ![]() I don't see how your "points" would change the fact that I never picked a single level 0 hero from this event because my stage coach always provides me with something better. So I've been collecting all of the journal pages because radiant, and I'm a completionist nut. Are you telling me that you are picking level 0 heros from this event while you are actually facing the Darkest Dungeon? I wouldn't miss this event, once my stage coach provides me with plenty of heros of different levels anyway. If you can't think of any way how to improve this event, then that's your lack of imagination. Stop being stuck on the notion that the devs "must" remove the whole thing. What you said gives no input about the topic what so ever. Now if you lose a level 5 or 6 on Stygian you would be under a lot of pressure, not only because you lost all the money you invested and added another death to your limit, but also because you would have to either gamble for a high level drop or get a low level char and waste your weeks on levelng him up. Getting a bunch of level 5 characters from this event would relativize the deaths of your high level heroes and make them trivial. You are supposed to work with what you get and not get anything for free. Originally posted by Bomber:A change would make it too easy for veterans, and it would be an inconvenience for some beginners.Įspecially in Bloodmoon and Stygian, where you are under pressure and have to finish the game in a set limit of weeks, having a town event that would throw high level characters at you at such a high rate, would make it way too easy. Is "do it yourself" now the way to play games? Sorry, but I believe it is just annoying to get such an event I just dismiss on sight so I gave input on it. What exactly would be so difficulty to remove this event with a simple code line that would check what your lowest hero level is and then not start this event. I don't understand why you feel so triggered about my comment. the town events are all randomly generated and dropping "useless" town events just because they arent good for you at the moment.this is something where you need to look into your files if you dont want them happening anymore. anyways if you base it on the fact that your playing late game then many more "useless" town events need removed like free build town events as your probably done with building also town events like getting extra exp in dungeons as your pretty much maxed level now. there are times you havent ran into a certain class but one time and you maybe like 2 or 3 when it happens in your favor its good. granted ya you cant bank on it showing up when you need it. ![]() Originally posted by josephdw106:its just another way to restock characters of a certain class.
